About Me

My name is Amy! I live in a small village in West Sussex with my husband and three small children. I am trained as a Primary School Teacher but have been running BubbleBee Crafts since I had the children, alongside working and raising a family.

BubbleBee Crafts first started when my children were little.  It was a way of relaxing, whilst making gifts for friends and family.  I used it as my escapism when I was struggling with PND. 

​

I remember my first experience of knitting, was with my Nan at a very early age.  Since then I have developed a love of all things crafty!  I love to cross stitch, knit, crochet and make patchwork blankets.  I get my inspiration from my Mum, Nan and Great Auntie who all take such care in the crafts they make.
 

I am always trying to expand my subject knowledge, with a lot of my skills being self taught. However over the years I have developed and enhanced these skills and take a massive pride in the products I create.

For a long time, I have had the dream of having my own craft shop and I hope this is the step in the right direction. I hope I can create something for you, your friends or your family that you can cherish and pass through the ages.
